The air conditioning is poorly functioning!!! The signage for finding the hotel is inadequate, causing unnecessary confusion!!!

The room was spacious with large windows, perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed delicious pizzas from Riccardo's and loved the convenient local transit card that gave us free access to cable cars! the vibrant atmosphere and location made our stay fantastic.

Lifts were out of action, requiring lugging bags up two flights of stairs, which felt like a workout after a long journey. My room didn’t have AC, making it stifling on warmer nights, and I had to keep the door open, allowing unwelcome noise from the bar below to invade my peace. The Wi-Fi service fluctuated inconsistently, leaving me connected one minute and cut off the next. Overall, the state of the hotel felt unprepared for a pleasant stay.

we had a lovely two-night stay at piz. the italian restaurant on the ground floor served fantastic food, and we enjoyed it both nights. peola from the reception was incredibly helpful with all our questions, and her english was excellent. the location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore snow-filled activities nearby.

The room was spacious with heated bathroom floors for that extra comfort. We enjoyed the breathtaking view of the snowy mountains from our balcony, and the restaurant downstairs had delicious pizzas that we couldn't get enough of. Plus, the bus stop was right outside, making it super easy to explore the area.
